Crossroads sportscenter hosted a basketball exhibition event. This event showcased athletes from the crossroads in soem hooping action.

VICTORIA, Texas – While football season is still in full swing, the Crossroads Sportcenter is already turning its focus to the hardwood. This morning, the center hosted a high school basketball showcase featuring several schools from across the Crossroads area, with both boys and girls teams taking the court.

One of the highlights of the event came from the East and West boys matchup, which ended in a tie and was decided by a sudden-death shootout — East pulling out the win to 5. Goliad also faced off against East, while on the girls’ side, Tidehaven and the Victoria schools got in some early competition.

The Crossroads Sportcenter continues to set the stage for what’s shaping up to be an exciting and competitive basketball season in South Texas.
