The Philadelphia 76ers are continuing with their preparation for the season at the NBA level as they look to bounce back from the previous year. The Sixers were expected to contend for a title, but injuries decimated the roster and they finished 24-58.

It appears the Sixers are looking to add some depth for the 82-game grind and per Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer, they are expected to bring in former first-round pick, MarJon Beauchamp on an Exhibit 10 deal. It will depend on his deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Beauchamp was selected No. 24 by the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2022 NBA draft and has experience playing for the Bucks, New York Knicks, and Los Angeles Clippers. He has career averages of 4.1 points and 1.9 rebounds in 135 games.

Beauchamp will likely be sent to the team’s G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats, but that is another young piece the Sixers can call up and provide legitimate production on the floor.
