Richmond signed an Exhibit 10 contract with the Wizards on Monday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Richmond is unlikely to make the regular-season roster and will likely head to the G League’s Capital City Go-Go before Opening Night. After going undrafted in the spring, Richmond joined the Wizards for Summer League but didn’t make much of an impact.
