INDIANAPOLIS (WNDU) – The Notre Dame men’s basketball team never trailed and led by as many as 16 in a 77-76 preseason exhibition win on Friday night against Butler inside historic Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Markus Burton and Cole Certa led the Irish with 12 points apiece.
Brady Koehler had 11 points while Sir Mohammed scored 10.
Notre Dame will play one more preseason exhibition game next Friday at home against DePaul. Tipoff at Purcell Pavilion is set for 6 p.m.
