The Golden State Warriors have guards Seth Curry and L.J. Cryer. Curry was signed to an Exhibit 9 contract. Cryer was signed to an Exhibit 10 contract and will join the Santa Cruz Warriors for the upcoming G League season.
The Warriors currently have an open standard spot on the regular season roster. However, Golden State doesn’t have enough room under their second-apron hard cap to fill that spot. The expectation is that Curry will be re-signed in November. That’s when a veteran minimum contract will have prorated enough to fit Curry’s deal in under the Warriors hard cap.
