Semi-bold predictions.
Devin Booker gets involved in trade talks, and now, this doesn’t mean he gets traded, but I think at some point you could see Mark Stein or Sham Sharani or Sam Amick or somebody out there.
Say teams around the league are trying to pry Devin Booker from the Suns.
And you think he did the whole, “I want to be here forever.”
I want to be here forever.
And then they gave him the 500 bazillion dollars.
So now he’s got the money.
He’s signed, signed through 2030.
It’s done, locked up long term, and the Suns have no incentive to bottom out because they don’t have their own pick until 2032.

Just crazy, but teams are at least gonna do everything they possibly can to try to go and get him.
And ultimately, that’s where I think for the Phoenix Suns, teams are gonna be trying to explore trades for Devin Booker.
I don’t think he’s gonna get traded, but I think he’s gonna be involved in some type of trade talks this year where teams are trying to go get him.
Like the Pistons, for example, they have the Tobias Harris expiring contract in all of their future picks.
Who’s to say, and Jaden Ivey’s hurt right now to start the year, at least for a month after knee surgery?
Who’s to say the Pistons don’t call up in the middle of January and say, we’ll give you all of our future picks.

We’ll give you all of them.
You have our future.
You can bet against us if you want.
We want Book, a Michigan kid, maybe he’d want to go there, maybe, maybe the Suns are so bad, Booker does develop a wandering eye.
I think that’s what we could come to in January or February.
I don’t think he’s gonna get traded, but I think we’re gonna get some noise about it.
I mean, look, if he played three months straight with Dylan Brooks and Jalen Green who want to be traded, I mean, I don’t, I’m not sure how semi-bold that is.
