Doncic Wears the Crown Once Again
And there it is. Luka Doncic does the incredible by racking up 64 points + rebounds + assists. It’s a monster performance to take the first King of the Court Crown of the season.
Congrats to all the Doncic bettors! Looks like you have a $36 bonus bet heading your way.

One Quarter Left. Doncic or Sengun?
Luka Doncic is putting on a show for the Lakers. It’s a one-man show, but for King of the Court purposes, the stats are all that counts. After the third quarter, Doncic is up to 51 points + rebounds + assists, trailing Alperen Sengun by only six.
Can he get it done in the fourth quarter? Or will Sengun hold on to his lead?
Luka Doncic, Man or Mouse?
Just when I thought nobody had a chance at catching Alperen Sengun, Luka Doncic told me to hold his beer. The Lakers superstar is putting the team on his back without LeBron James, racking up 22 first half points along with seven rebounds and four assists. That puts him on pace to take the crown from Sengun.
Can Doncic add 24 more P/R/A? Or will Sengun take the opening crown in the King of the Court? Only one way to find out: kick back and watch this game.
Take A Bow, Alperen Sengun
The Houston Rockets won’t be happy with how this game ended. There’s no shame in losing to the defending champs, but that’s one they will want back. However, Alperen Sengun went absolutely crazy. Houston’s pivot ended up with a whopping 39 points, 11 rebounds, and seven assists. His 57 P/R/A is a considerable lead over the field, and leaves both the Warriors and Lakers players with some work to do.
With the first half of that game approaching its end, let’s look at the leaders in LA. Luka Doncic has 12 points, five rebounds, and an assist early on. Austin Reaves has 10 points, three rebounds, and three assists. Jimmy Butler caught fire with 15 points, but added only one assist. So, only 39 points + rebounds + assists to go for Luka. Easy, right?
More Basketball? More Basketball.
Good news, Sengun bettors. We’ve got another overtime to play, and that means more chances for Sengun to add to his 51 points + rebounds + assists. This is going to be a tough mark to beat.
Luka Doncic is off to a hot start in the Warriors-Lakers game. The favorite on the night for the most P/R/A, he certainly has a shot. Let’s see how much Sengun can add in the second overtime.
Free Basketball!! Can Sengun Build the Lead?
We need at least an extra five minutes to decide this one. Houston let its lead slip away, and reigning MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander knocked down the clutch shots to get this one into overtime.
Alperen Sengun still leads the P/R/A leaderboard with 44 total. Gilgeous-Alexander has moved up to second at 31. Can Sengun extend the lead in this extra frame and put tonight’s slate to rest? Let’s find out.
Sengun Show in OKC
Alperen Sengun is absolutely running away with the P/R/A crown in this game. He’s knocking everything down and is up to 28 points, seven rebounds, and six assists midway through the fourth quarter. The 41 P/R/A is 13 ahead of the next-closest player, Chet Holmgren. If he keeps knocking down shots like this, there may be little competition tonight.
Let’s see what Houston’s star has in store for us down the stretch.
Alperen Sengun…Three-Point Demon??
It’s no surprise to see Alperen Sengun putting up big stat lines for the Houston Rockets. He scores in bunches, gobbles up rebounds, and dishes assists with the best of them. With 19 points, six rebounds, and six assists, he’s seized the lead on the King of the Court leaderboard.
But the real surprise is the shooting. At no point in last season did Sengun take five threes. Tonight, he’s done just that, and made three of them.
Alpie has the crown heading into the fourth quarter. It’s going to be a wild race to the finish in Oklahoma City.
KD Snatches the Crown
We have a new leader in the skinny-off: Kevin Durant. The Slim Reaper is handing out buckets against this tough Oklahoma City defense, and with his contributions on the glass, he’s surpassed Chet Holmgren on the board.
Will KD end up on top in this game? Or can another player sneak up and seize pole position before the Warriors-Lakers game gets underway?
Getting Tight at the Top
Chet Holmgren still has his lead. But the usual suspects for the Rockets and Thunder are starting to sneak up on him.
Kevin Durant really got moving in the second quarter, and he’s up to 20 P/R/A with 14 points, five rebounds, and one assist. Alperen Sengun is firmly on triple-double watch with nine points, five rebounds, and five assists. And Amen Thompson has put up 16 P/R/A fueled by his 10 points and five assists.
That’s four guys between 16 and 22 total P/R/A in the first half. Stay tuned to see who comes out firing in the second half.
Chet Holmgren, I Was Not Familiar With Your Game
It’s all Chet Holmgren in the first half against the Rockets. Everything he touches offensively turns to gold, and he’s by far the leading scorer in this game with 18 points. That jumper is looking beautiful.
With 19 P/R/A, he’s built a lead over Amen Thompson and Alperen Sengun, who have 14 and 13, respectively. Let’s see if he can keep it up.
Chet’s Shot Looking Wet
How about this start for Chet Holmgren? I’m not sure if anyone predicted that their defensive anchor would score the first SEVEN points of the season for the defending champs.
He’s up to 12 points in the early going, making all five of his shots. It’s an excellent start to the season and gives him the early lead for King of the Court.
