ACU Women’s Basketball player named WAC Preseason Player of the Year

ABILENE, Texas — ACU basketball player Payton Hull has been named Western Athletic Conference Preseason Player of the Year, the team announced Wednesday.

Hull, a junior from Peaster, Texas, helped lead the Wildcats to 22 wins and multiple WNIT victories last season.

She averaged 19 points per game and 3.5 rebounds per game while shooting 45.2% from the field.
