Arkansas basketball continues a short preseason tonight with a road matchup against Memphis in a reunion for John Calipari.

The No. 15 Razorbacks will face the Tigers at the FedExForum as part of the Hoops for St. Jude Tip Off Classic presented by Bad Boy Mowers, benefiting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Calipari, who is entering his second season as the Arkansas head coach, served as head coach of the Tigers from 2000 to 2009 and led Memphis to a 252-69 record over his nine seasons. Memphis won seven league titles – posting a 117-25 conference ledger, reached six NCAA Tournaments – including a national runner-up and a total of four Sweet 16s – and a pair of NIT berths, winning the event in 2002 and reaching the Final Four in 2005.

Arkansas cruised past Cincinnati with an 89-61 victory on Friday in its first preseason exhibition. Freshmen Darius Acuff Jr. and Meleek Thomas shined as the Razorbacks treated the fans in attendance at Bud Walton Arena to a near-perfect performance.
