After two days off following their first loss of the 2025-26 season, the Golden State Warriors returned to Chase Center on Monday night for the first leg of a home back-to-back with a contest against the Memphis Grizzlies.
Through the first two quarters, the game was tight, with each team going on runs. After securing a four-point lead at halftime, the Warriors flipped a switch in the third quarter. Behind a flurry of 3-pointers from Moses Moody, the Warriors outscored the Grizzlies 36-24 in the third quarter.

Moody tallied 12 points on 3-of-5 shooting from the field with three made 3-pointers in the third quarter alone. Brandin Podziemski added nine third-quarter points as the Warriors took a commanding 101-85 lead.
In the fourth quarter, Jonathan Kuminga continued his impressive start to the new season with 10 points in the final frame to close the Grizzlies out on Monday night.
Kuminga finished the game with 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field to go along with 10 rebounds, four assists and a block in 32 minutes.
Podziemski notched his best performance of the new season with 23 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the field with five made 3-pointers. Podziemski added six assists, four rebounds and a steal in Golden State’s 131-118 win over Memphis.
Moody added 20 points in 22 minutes off the bench with an impressive shooting performance. Moody shot 6-of-10 from the field with five made 3-pointers against the Grizzlies.
The Warriors will be back at Chase Center on Tuesday night to host the Los Angeles Clippers for the second leg of a back-to-back.
