FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (KATV) — Class of 2026 Little Rock Christian Four-star small forward JJ Andrews is staying home.

The top in-state basketball prospect has announced his commitment to the University of Arkansas. Andrews chose the Hogs over multiple SEC programs, including LSU and Missouri.

Andrews is ranked as the No. 42 overall prospect in the country by 247Sports and ranked No. 37 overall by On3. He is ranked as high as 22 in the nation by ESPN.

While on the fringe of being a five-star currently, he has bounced back and forth in the rankings as a high four-star and a five-star prospect.

The 6-foot-6 wing is the second top in-state prospect to commit to the Razorbacks during the coach John Calipari era, following Isaiah Sealy from Springdale the last cycle.
