Miami has listed Powell as doubtful for Thursday’s game in San Antonio due to a groin strain and he is expected to miss his second consecutive game.
This is a massive blow for the Heat as Powell has been one of their key players this season, especially on the offensive end, and with him sidelined, Jaquez Jr. and Pelle Larson could be in line for a larger role.

For Jovic, he has been listed as probable due to a hip contusion that he suffered in Tuesday’s victory over the Hornets, though he is expected to play through the injury.
