The Oklahoma City Thunder held practice on Saturday. They’re preparing to host the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday for the final game of a three-game homestand.

The Thunder remain a perfect 6-0 during the infancy stage of the 2025-26 regular season. Enjoying two days off, they last beat the Washington Wizards in a 127-108 win on Thursday.

Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault and Isaiah Joe talked to the media after practice. Daigneault discussed Thomas Sorber balancing being involved with the team and recovering from his torn ACL. Meanwhile, Joe talked about how they grade out shot quality.

Chet Holmgren and Kenrich Williams were also spotted at practice putting in work. Both have been out. Holmgren the last two games with back soreness and Williams for the entire season with knee surgery. The former is a lot closer to returning.

Mark Daigneault on Jeremiah Fears: “I haven’t watched him a crazy amount but just the aggressiveness, quick twitch. He’s athletically obviously, can score and touch the paint. Has a certain boldness to him that’s impressive for a young player.” pic.twitter.com/CyMUIaeuPN
