Could Giannis Antetokounmpo be making his college basketball debut anytime soon?

Well, probably not, but the Milwaukee Bucks star wondered aloud Wednesday night about his college eligibility while watching Marquette play.

“Random thoughts as I sit in my living room…do I have college eligibility??? Can I suit up for Marquette tonight?” posted the two-time NBA MVP and nine-time All-Star.

Marquette, which is coached by Shaka Smart, wasted no time in jumping on the comment.

“You’re welcome any time,” the school’s basketball account posted.

Antetokounmpo, who was linked to the Knicks in a potential summer blockbuster trade, never played college basketball and was drafted by the Bucks from Greek club team Filathlitikos with the No. 15 pick in 2013.

Ironically, Michigan State coach Tom Izzo recently cracked that he would reach out to some of his program’s more famous alums, including Magic Johnson, about returning to play for the Spartans.

“If you want a silver lining in a cloud, I am going to call Magic tonight, I’ll call Jaren Jackson, Miles [Bridges], Gary [Harris], Max [Christie],” he said. “You know, this just goes to show you how ridiculous people, people that are in power, make decisions.”

Izzo made the comment after London Johnson, a former NBA G League player who never played in the NBA or went through the NBA Draft process, committed to Louisville.

Maybe Giannis and Marquette could play Magic and Michigan State in an exhibition game.
