Gueye is in the starting lineup for Saturday’s game against the Lakers, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
The Hawks will be without several key players in the frontcourt, such as Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Jalen Johnson (quadriceps), so Gueye will step into a starting role. In his lone start this season, Gueye posted 11 points, six rebounds, two assists and two blocks across 23 minutes in a loss to the Thunder on Oct. 25.
