The Golden State Warriors (6-6) face the San Antonio Spurs (8-2) Wednesday. Tip-off from the Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, is set for 8 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NBA odds around the Warriors vs. Spurs odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions for the best bets.
2024-25 season series: Spurs won 2-1
The Warriors were rolled by the Oklahoma City Thunder 126-102 Tuesday, failing to cover as 8.5-point road dogs. We nailed 2 of the 3 wagers as the Over (228.5) came one bucket shy. G Stephen Curry came back from a 3-game absence and was not himself. He went 4-for-13 from the floor and finished with 11 points in 20 minutes. When asked after the game if he would play Wednesday on the back-to-back, Curry told reporters, “I’m trying to, yes.”
The Spurs won their third straight but failed to cover as 5-point road favorites Monday in a 121-117 victory. C Victor Wembanyama did it all with 38 points, 12 boards, 5 assists and 5 blocks. He also went 6-for-9 from downtown. G De’Aaron Fox pitched in 21 in his second game back from injury. The Spurs are 5-0 at home on the young season.

Warriors at Spurs picks and predictionsPrediction
Spurs 119, Warriors 110
The Warriors got to the Spurs 148-106 in this building in March, but Wemby was out. The Dubs are just 1-6 on the road, and that has to turn around at some point. I just don’t see it here. Unless Golden State shoots the lights out and Wemby gets into foul trouble, the Spurs roll.
That said, -185 is a no-go for me. Instead, give me VICTOR WEMBANYAMA OVER 1.5 THREES (-165).
I’ll take SPURS -4.5 (-110). Curry is still getting his legs, and the Dubs are on a back-to-back. Wemby and Fox have hit the ground running and not wavered.
The Warriors are averaging just 108.9 points per game over their last 8 contests. They’re missing supplemental scoring and are 4-4 O/U in their last 8. The Spurs have cashed 5 straight Overs, but this total is too high for the way the Warriors are going.
Give me UNDER 231.5 (-105).
