According to EBR Schools, the group went through a competitive audition process. “Excited is an understatement. I always knew they could do it. Now, the world will see what I’ve been saying all along,” said Dominique Gibbs, the group’s founder and director.

The school district said the group with third, fourth and fifth graders has released two albums, with the latest release being a blend of hip-hop and a way to memorize multiplication facts.

EBR Schools said the Pelicans sales team has partnered with the group to make the event a chance to raise money for the school. Click here to buy a ticket for a donation that will go back to the school.
