CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The Cleveland Charge has their home opener at Public Hall Friday evening.
This is the 15th season for the G-League affiliate of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The Charge will have 15 giveaways this season.
In June 2024, the City of Cleveland and Rock Entertainment Group reached an agreement on a six-year lease at Public Hall.
Once the lease was signed, the the team spent $3 million on improvements, including upgraded courtside seating, a new LED video board, DJ booth, and locker rooms.
Several months ago the team changed their logo for a new, fresh look.
