The New York Knicks are entering the season with expectations of making a deep run in the NBA playoffs. If they are successful in doing so and are able to make it out of the Eastern Conference, it will likely be because of the play of point guard Jalen Brunson.

The 29-year-old has emerged as the face of the franchise since joining the organization in 2022. Brunson is off to a strong start this year over his first 11 games. He has posted 28.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 0.8 steals while shooting 46.7% from the field and 36.9% from three-point range.

However, Brunson’s momentum came to a halt during last Wednesday’s 124-107 loss against the Orlando Magic.
