BET RAPTORS -13.5 (-105).

When you look at this Wizards-Raptors matchup, I honestly don’t know how you don’t side with Toronto. Washington is in full spiral mode right now. 12 straight losses, shaky effort on defense, and very little resistance once games start slipping away. They’ve had a few individual bright spots lately, but as a team, they just don’t look capable of putting together 4 competitive quarters — especially against a squad playing as well as Toronto is right now.

The Raptors are on a completely different trajectory. They’ve won 9 of their last 10, and this isn’t fluky basketball. They’re playing with confidence, sharing the ball, defending with purpose, and getting contributions from everywhere. Barrett and Ingram have been steady leaders, while G Immanuel Quickley continues to give them a spark when they need it most. The offense flows, the defense forces turnovers, and the effort level has been consistent night after night.

What really stands out to me is how Toronto handles bad teams. They don’t mess around. When they sense weakness, they hit the gas — and Washington has been nothing but vulnerable for weeks. The Wizards struggle to get stops, struggle to control tempo, and once a run starts, it usually keeps snowballing.

Toronto’s feeling good, playing at home, and this is an NBA Cup game where they’ve clearly taken things seriously. Meanwhile, Washington just looks mentally worn down already. This feels like one of those games where Toronto jumps out early and never lets up.

BET UNDER 240.5 (-110).

I get why people see Washington’s defense and lean Over, but I’m going the other way here. Toronto has been locking teams down, and they haven’t let anyone crack 113 in their last 5 games. The Under has also hit in 7 of the last 10 meetings between these 2, and it’s cashed in 7 of Toronto’s last 10 overall. With this number sitting so high, I just don’t see enough clean offense to push it past. I’m riding with the Under.
