The Oklahoma City Thunder had one of the weirder blowouts in their 144-112 win over the Utah Jazz on Friday. They improved to 2-0 in group play in the 2025 NBA Cup West Group A.

After trailing by 18 points, the Thunder slowly mounted a comeback. An eye-popping 33-4 third-quarter run turned this game upside down. They led by as many as 36 points in one of the wilder game scripts ever.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 31 points and eight assists in three quarters. Jaylin Williams had 15 points, six rebounds and six assists. Isaiah Joe scored 16 points. All 12 OKC players played and scored at least a couple of times.

Meanwhile, Lauri Markannen was quiet with 19 points and six rebounds. Keyonte George only had 20 points and eight assists. Ace Bailey scored 15 points.
