The Los Angeles Clippers needed a win in the worst way on Saturday when they paid a visit to the Charlotte Hornets. The Clippers have lost nine of their last 10 games–including a tough loss to the Philadelphia 76ers during this stretch–and a former Sixers star made sure the streak would end against the Hornets.
James Harden dropped a ridiculous 55 points on 17-for-26 shooting and 10-for-16 from deep with seven assists to lead the Clippers to a 131-116 win over the Hornets. He continues to be fantastic in his 17th season and he earned a big reaction from Tyrese Maxey.

Maxey, who gave a lot of love and praise to Harden after their win over the Clippers on Monday, took to Twitter to give his reaction to the big game from The Beard.
Maxey and Harden were close from their time together in Philadelphia and it’s obvious that the two of them have kept that relationship strong since Harden was traded early in the 2023-24 season.
