
Tyler Herro is primed for a potential return to action with the Heat on Monday in Miami.
The Heat, already scorching to open the season, are about to add a flamethrower.
Per reporting by ESPN, All-Star guard Tyler Herro, is targeting Monday’s home matchup with the Mavericks (7:30 ET, League Pass) for his 2025-26 season debut. On September 19, Herro underwent surgery to alleviate posterior impingement syndrome in his left ankle and foot.

Herro earned his 1st All-Star appearance in 2025, averaging career-best marks of 23.9 points and 5.5 assists; his 47.2% shooting also marked a personal high. Herro shot 37.5% from 3-point range.
The Heat, currently riding a 4-game winning streak after beating the 76ers, 127-117, on Sunday. They sit 4th in the Eastern Conference after a 10th-place showing last season.
