MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Black Friday’s not the only big shopping day this weekend.
Be sure to save some shopping for Small Business Saturday on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025. This comes as experts say rising inflation and tariffs are hitting small businesses hard, so now is a good time to show support.
“Business owners who are facing tighter margins, facing more difficult times, really show up for them, the way the way they show up for their own communities as well,” Katherine Cullen of the National Retail Federation said.
There are several events across Memphis that will celebrate small businesses, including:
The Memphis Grizzlies will also host a Grizz Shop Local event Saturday, with more than three dozen local businesses set up in the grand lobby of FedExForum. There will also be live music and a kids zone.
The Grizzlies event is from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday.
