Hart is averaging 10.2 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 4.8 assists, helping the Knicks to an 11-6 record, which is the fourth-best in the East. However, Hart has faced recent off-court challenges.

New York Knicks, Hart Heating Up
This season, Hart is shooting 48.9% overall and 38.2% from three, well above his career marks of 47.1% and 34.3%. Hart started slowly, scoring just 11 total points in his first four games.
Hart has since scored double figures in all but two games. During his slow start, the Knicks went 1-3. Since then, they have won 10 of 13, thanks in large part to Hart’s impact.
In fact, the Knicks haven’t lost to a team that isn’t from the state of Florida during this high level of play, with their loss coming at the hands of the Miami Heat and Orlando Magic (twice).
Hart had his best game in a win over Charlotte, scoring 22 points on 8-of-13 shooting, hitting four threes, grabbing eight rebounds, dishing seven assists, and making three steals.
He joined the Knicks in 2023 via trade from Portland for Cam Reddish, Ryan Arcidiacono, Sviatoslav Mykhailiuk, and draft considerations. He previously played for the Lakers, Pelicans, and Trail Blazers, and was the 30th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
Hart and the Knicks will return to the court on Friday night when they play host to Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks. Tip-off is 7:30 p.m. ET. The game will air on Prime.
