On Saturday, the Miami Heat (13-6) host the Detroit Pistons (15-4) at the Kaseya Center, and if you’re wondering how to catch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.
The Heat posted their season-high sixth straight win on Wednesday, defeating the Milwaukee Bucks 106-103. They improved to an Eastern Conference-best 9-1 in South Florida, tying their second-best 10-game home start in franchise history.
Tyler Herro led the Heat with 29 points, seven assists and five rebounds, Bam Adebayo scored 17 points and 11 rebounds and Kel’el Ware added 11 points and nine rebounds. Herro has scored at least 20 points in a career-long 12 straight regular-season games dating to last season.
The Pistons are coming off a 112-109 loss to the Orlando Magic on Friday in the NBA Cup. The group, which is tied with the Heat for the most points in the paint per game (57.5), was held to 46 points in the paint and dropped its first game when making more 3s than its opponent (5-1).
Cade Cunningham registered his second triple-double of the season with 39 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists to lead the Pistons, while Tobias Harris scored 18 points and Jalen Duren added 16 points and 12 rebounds. Cunningham is one of seven players with multiple triple-doubles.
The Pistons and Heat are meeting for the first of three matchups this season. Detroit won the series last year, 3-1, though Miami has won seven out of the last 10 overall.
