A current four-game road trip has been kind to the Memphis Grizzlies.
They have won both of their first two games after trailing by at least 15 points. Next up is a matchup Nov. 30 against the Sacramento Kings (8 p.m. CT, Golden 1 Center).
Memphis (8-12) is playing its best basketball of the still-young season, winning four of its past five games.
The first win in that stretch was a 137-96 home blowout over the Kings (5-15).
Sacramento has struggled despite putting together a talented roster of scorers. It ranks 29th in the NBA in rebounding, blocks and points differential.
The Grizzlies have turned into one of the NBA’s top rebounding teams since the season debut of center Zach Edey. He is averaging 11 points and 10.3 rebounds per game.
Memphis remains without all four of its rostered point guards, including two-time All-Star Ja Morant, who has a right calf strain.
All-Star Kings center Domantas Sabonis won’t play due to a partial meniscus tear in his left knee. Point guard Dennis Schroder is questionable due to a right hip flexor strain.
Memphis has lost four consecutive road games in Sacramento. The Kings lead the all-time series 59-51.
