The Philadelphia Sixers will look to bounce back with a win on Tuesday night when they face the Washington Wizards at the Xfinity Mobile Arena.

Philadelphia (10-9) got its first look at its big three this season with Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid, and Paul George starting together for the first time on Sunday against Atlanta.

Embiid and George: Status for Tuesday Unclear After Sunday Return

However, it appears Maxey will need to have another big game again on Tuesday. Philadelphia will be playing shorthanded against the Wizards with Embiid already being ruled out for the game. Embiid’s main backup, Andre Drummond, is questionable to play against the Wizards with a knee injury suffered in the game on Friday against Brooklyn. Paul George is also listed as questionable for the game with back tightness, and management of his left knee

Now this potential could change.  Embiid was originally ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Hawks, but ended up playing.

If Embiid and Drummond are unable to go, the Sixers will likely go with Adem Bona in the starting lineup.

More clarity on the status of these players will be provided in the hours leading into tip-off, and we will update you on The Sports Bash on 97.3 ESPN and the free mobile app on Tuesday.
