UPDATE: Smith Jr. has returned to the game.
With 3:18 left in the first quarter of Monday’s game against the Utah Jazz, Jabari Smith Jr. was subbed out for Josh Okogie. Smith got hit in the face after going for a chase-down block in transition. He was able to walk to the bench under his own power but is now in the locker room getting tended to.

He eventually got up and walked to the bench without any help.

Prior to exiting, Smith Jr. contributed five points and two rebounds in nine minutes of action.
