In the early window of the offseason, Giannis Antetokounmpo’s situation with the Milwaukee Bucks is causing a flurry of rumors and speculation on the former Most Valuable Player’s future. According to NBA Insider Chris Haynes, the Bucks and Antetokounmpo are slated to meet soon to speak and discuss the direction of their team which was eliminated in the first round of the postseason for the third straight season.
If Antetokounmpo exits Milwaukee in the summer, the Golden State Warriors have been linked to the nine-time All-Star, primarily due to his relationship with Steph Curry.

Prior to his reported meeting with the Bucks, Antetokounmpo added a little fuel to the rumor fire with a series of tweets on Sunday. Antetokounmpo answered a flurry of questions posed to him on Sunday. During his series of tweets on X, Antetokounmpo praised Curry multiple times.
Antetokounmpo was asked his thoughts on Curry and listed hin and his teammate Damian Lillard as the greatest shooters of all time.
Antetokounmpo mentioned Curry again when asked who the greatest point guard of all time is. Antetokounmpo listed Curry alongside Magic Johnson and Isaiah Thomas.
When asked what his all-time starting five was, Antetokounmpo mentioned Curry again, listing the sharpshooter as the starting point guard.
With a long offseason ahead, many will be waiting on the Antetokounmpo domino to fall. Until a decision is made, the rumors will continue to swirl.
