(New Orleans, LA) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are on a three-game winning streak following a 149-142 overtime win against the New Orleans Pelicans at Smoothie King Center in Louisiana last night. Anthony Edwards hit a lay-up with two seconds left in regulation to send the game to an extra period. Rudy Gobert and Julius Randle each scored eight points in the O-T. Edwards finished with a season-best 44 points in the victory as Minnesota improved to 13-8. Trey Murphy-the-third finished with 33 points and 15 rebounds in the losing effort. The Pelicans have dropped their last four games and sit at 3-19 on the year. The same two teams play tomorrow in New Orleans at 7 P-M.
