The Brooklyn Nets head into Thursday’s game against the Utah Jazz looking to prolong their recent upswing. After a 3-16 start to the season, Jordi Fernández’s team have won their last two games, beating the Charlotte Hornets 116-103 and the Chicago Bulls 113-103, moving them up to 13th place in the Eastern Conference. That said, the Nets are 1-9 at Barclays Center, so they might prefer taking the game on the road.

Utah have only fared marginally better in the Western Conference. Their win over the Houston Rockets on Monday improved their record to 7-13, putting them within a game of 10th-placed Portland Trail Blazers. Ironically, the stats suggest the Jazz would also prefer not to play at Barclays Center: they have lost seven of eight road games so far, with six of their seven wins coming at home. Something’s got to give on Thursday.
