The Golden State Warriors dropped to 11-11 after a 124-112 loss at home to the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder, who are fresh off an NBA title, are now 21-1 and have won 13 in a row.

Warriors star Stephen Curry missed another game due to a quad injury, and he last played on November 26 against the Houston Rockets.

Jimmy Butler played just 15 minutes before leaving the game early due to a sore left knee.

Brandin Podziemski was Golden State’s leading scorer as he notched 17 points with four assists and four rebounds.

After that, it was Draymond Green, who had 13 points with nine rebounds and four assists.

Green has been a regular in the Golden State lineup ever since being drafted.

During the game, the Warriors posted an announcement regarding the forward on X.

“With tonight’s game, Draymond Green joins Stephen Curry as the only players in franchise history to reach 900 career regular-season games with the Dubs.”

Green played college basketball for the Michigan State Spartans. He was selected in the second round of the 2012 NBA Draft and has spent every single year with the Warriors since entering the league.

He has three seasons with 70 or more regular-season games and just two years with fewer than 50 regular-season games, so Green has become a staple in the lineup for Golden State.

Prior to the 2023-24 NBA season, Green signed a four-year deal worth $100 million. This year, he is averaging 8.0 points with 6.1 rebounds and 5.8 assists.
