Zach Edey and Kel’el Ware earned NBA All-Rookie honors announced Tuesday.
Edey, the two-time national Player of the Year from Purdue, was named to the first team. He averaged 9.2 points and 8.3 rebounds while starting 55 games for the Memphis Grizzlies, who picked him ninth in the 2024 NBA draft.
Ware, who played one season at Indiana, was picked 15th overall by the Miami Heat. He surged late in the season, finishing with averages of 9.3 points and 7.4 rebounds on his way to collecting second-team honors. He started 36 games.
