This is the 25th season of the Grizzlies in Memphis. To commemorate the anniversary, “Grizzlies 25” will count down the greatest players in Memphis Grizzlies history throughout the season.

Deep breath: Kyle Lowry, Javaris Crittenton, Marko Jaric, Marcus Williams, Jamaal Tinsley, Greivis Vasquez, Jason Williams, Gilbert Arenas, Jeremy Pargo, Jerryd Bayless, Keyon Dooling, Nick Calathes, Darius Morris, Beno Udrih, Mario Chalmers, Andrew Harrison, Toney Douglas, Wade Baldwin, Delon Wright, Shelvin Mack, Jevon Carter.

Those were the Memphis Grizzlies’ backup point guards — those who played at least 40 games in a season or at least 10 minutes a game in a backup role — during Mike Conley’s 12 years as the team’s starter, with Lowry at the very beginning of a great career and Williams and Arenas at the very end of theirs.

Here’s another list: Tyus Jones.
