As Jordan Brand caps off an award-winning 40th anniversary year, there aren’t many stones left unturned in its expansive retro archive. Over the last four decades, many Air Jordans have been reissued numerous times, but there remains a handful of outliers which have yet to receive the rerelease treatment. One such pair is the Sacramento Kings-themed Air Jordan 10 from 1995’s City Series collection, but that’s set to change in the new year.
According to @zsneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the Air Jordan 10 OG “Sacramento” will be released during holiday 2026. The black-and-purple colorway is the only black-based look in the five-sneaker City Series group and one of just two styles that have yet to be reissued. Unlike the rest of the shoes in the pack, the Sacramento style was also notable for not being worn during NBA action, with Kings star Mitch Richmond instead wearing a white-based player exclusive version.

With a black leather upper, the shoe included Dark Concord purple accenting on its liner and signature outsole, which included a summary of Michael Jordan’s NBA career achievements.
Other styles in the City Series include Chicago, New York, Orlando and Seattle makeups. To date, the New York and Sacramento colorways are the only pairs that have not been rereleased.

Michael Jordan’s tenth signature sneaker is unique in the pantheon of Air Jordans in that it was designed by Tinker Hatfield during Jordan’s first retirement from basketball. He would eventually return in March ’95, wearing styles including Shadow, Steel and the aforementioned Chicago colorway.
The Air Jordan 10 Retro OG Sacramento is expected to be released during holiday ’26 for a retail price of $215. Readers can expect availability from nike.com and select Jordan Brand retailers.
