PRE-GAME NOTES


The Herd picked up a crucial 77-61 win over WKU on Wednesday night.
Matt Van Komen and Landen Joseph each registered double-doubles in the win with 12 points and 13 rebounds and 10 points and 10 rebounds, respectively.
Marshall leads the Sun Belt Conference in assists per game (17.1) and three pointers made per game (10.1).
At 28 blocks, including five on Wednesday, and 2.80 per game, Matt Van Komen leads the Sun Belt Conference and ranks seventh and eighth nationally, in each category.
Jalen Speer leads Marshall with 14.0 points per game while dishing out a SBC-best 5.7 assists per contest.

 
ABOUT THE RAIDERS


Wright State enters the game with a 5-5 record after downing Green Bay 86-58 Sunday at home.
The Raiders lead the Horizon League and rank 40th in the country allowing just 66.0 points per game and shooting 49.6 percent from the field, 44th in the nation.
TJ Burch sits ninth in Division I with 29 steals as Michael Cooper leads the with 14.6 points per game.
