STORRS, CT (WFSB) – There may not be much movement in the Associated Press’s Top 25 Men’s Basketball Poll for the UConn men’s basketball team on Monday.
Despite having another strong week with wins over No. 18 Florida and Texas, the rest of the top 5 remained unbeaten.
No. 5 UConn sits at 10-1 on the season.
The most recent win was a 71-63 victory over the Longhorns in Hartford on Friday night.
Alex Karaban led the Huskies with 18 points, which included two 3 pointers.

Tarris Reed Jr. put up 12 points and snagged 6 rebounds. He also had 4 blocks.
UConn secured a premiere win on Tuesday when they defeated the Gators 77-73 in Manhattan.
Solo Ball was the leading scorer for the Huskies with 19 points.
The Huskies open Big East Conference play on Tuesday against Butler.
Tip off is 8:30 p.m. at the PeoplesBank Arena in Hartford.
