The Memphis Grizzlies are back out west for a matchup against the struggling Los Angeles Clippers, who have lost eight of their past nine games.

These two teams will be meeting for the third time this season. Memphis won the first two meetings, but this matchup will have a different look.

The Grizzlies had center Zach Edey in those games, but he’s currently out due to a stress reaction in his left ankle. They will rely on Jock Landale, Santi Aldama and Jaren Jackson Jr. to match up with Clippers center Ivica Zubac.

Zubac is averaging 16.6 points and 11.4 rebounds per game.

Memphis will get frontcourt help back soon with the addition of Brandon Clarke. The 6-foot-8 big man is listed as doubtful to play against the Clippers due to right knee synovitis.

Clippers star James Harden is questionable to play due to a left calf contusion. He averaged 20.5 points and nine assists in the two games against Memphis.

This will be the Grizzlies’ second game with star point guard Ja Morant back in the lineup. He finished with 21 points and 10 assists in a Dec. 12 loss to the Utah Jazz.
