NORWICH
– The
Norwich
Purple
Tornado
Unified
Basketball
team
hosted
Maine-Endwell
at
Jack
Jones
Gymnasium
on
Tuesday
afternoon.
Norwich
came
away
with
a
61-44
win
in
a
fun,
friendly
game.
Coach
Zan
Stewart
hyped
up
the
matchup
prior
to
the
game
and
anticipated
the
excitement.
“It’s
going
to
be
a
lot
of
fun
and
you’re
going
to
see
a
lot
of
dancing,”
Stewart
said.
Sure
enough
at
halftime,
both
teams
took
center
court
and
joined
in
on
dancing
to
the
Cupid
Shuffle.
Norwich
also
honored
senior
Tifani
Wratten
prior
to
the
dancing.
It
was
a
joy
to
see
so
many
smiling
faces,
especially
after
their
names
were
announced
after
they
scored
and
some
outstanding
three-pointers
from
Ryan
Smith
and
Seth
Gessling.
A
lot
of
fun
and
great
sportsmanship
all
around.
