The Oklahoma City Thunder will travel to face the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday. It will be the second matchup of the season between the squads. Last time, OKC did just enough to get a close win on Nov. 26.
The Thunder (25-2) returned to action after a four-day break. They collected a 122-101 win over the LA Clippers on Thursday. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander had 32 points, six assists and seven rebounds.

Meanwhile, the Timberwolves (17-10) were on the wrong side of a 116-110 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday. Julius Randle had 21 points but on 9-of-21 shooting in the close contest.
Because they’re on the second night of a home-and-road back-to-back, the Thunder have yet to submit their injury report. That said, you can cross off some names. Nikola Topic (testicular surgery) is out. Thomas Sorber (torn ACL) is out.
Meanwhile, the Timberwolves could see their franchise star return. Anthony Edwards (foot injury maintenance) is questionable. Mike Conley (Achilles tendinopathy) is out. Joan Beringer (G League assignment) is out. Enrique Freeman (G League two-way) is out. Rocco Zikarsky (G League two-way) is out.
Tipoff from Minnesota is set for 8:30 p.m. CT.
