Bulls Injury Report, Will Ayo Dosunmu, Tre Jones Play?
For the Bulls, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones.

Chicago has listed Dosunmu as questionable due to a right thumb sprain and he is in danger of missing his fourth consecutive game.
If Dosunmu is sidelined once again, Kevin Huerter could have a larger role off the bench for the Bulls.

The Bulls have also listed Jones as questionable with left hamstring tightness and he is in danger of missing his first game since December 7.

If Jones is sidelined against the Cavaliers, Dalen Terry and Jevon Carter could both be in line for larger roles off the bench.
Zach Collins has been listed as probable with left wrist soreness and he is expected to play while rookie Noa Essengue has been ruled out as he is set to miss the remainder of the season after undergoing shoulder surgery.

On the other side, the Cavaliers have five players listed on their injury report, including both Mitchell and Evan Mobley.
