Final Injury Report for Bulls-Cavaliers, Will Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley Play?

The Cleveland Cavaliers are at home on Friday night as they host the Chicago Bulls in an Eastern Conference matchup.

Cleveland enters Friday’s game with a 15-13 record after losing on the road to the Bulls on Wednesday night.

In Wednesday’s loss to the Bulls, Donovan Mitchell led the way for the Cavaliers as he recorded 32 points and five assists while Jaylon Tyson added 21 points and three assists of his own.

Now Cleveland will try to bounce back at home as they look to pick up a victory against a tough Chicago team.

On the other side, Chicago enters Friday’s contest with an 11-15 record after defeating the Cavaliers on Wednesday night.

Josh Giddey led the way for the Bulls in Wednesday’s victory as he ended the game with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists while Coby White recorded 25 points and five rebounds.

While both teams are looking to pick up a victory in Friday night’s matchup, both squads may be without multiple key players due to injuries.

Bulls Injury Report, Will Ayo Dosunmu, Tre Jones Play?

For the Bulls, they have four players listed on their injury report, including both Ayo Dosunmu and Tre Jones.

Chicago has listed Dosunmu as questionable due to a right thumb sprain and he is in danger of missing his fourth consecutive game.

If Dosunmu is sidelined once again, Kevin Huerter could have a larger role off the bench for the Bulls.

The Bulls have also listed Jones as questionable with left hamstring tightness and he is in danger of missing his first game since December 7.

If Jones is sidelined against the Cavaliers, Dalen Terry and Jevon Carter could both be in line for larger roles off the bench.

Zach Collins has been listed as probable with left wrist soreness and he is expected to play while rookie Noa Essengue has been ruled out as he is set to miss the remainder of the season after undergoing shoulder surgery.

On the other side, the Cavaliers have five players listed on their injury report, including both Mitchell and Evan Mobley.

Cleveland has listed Mitchell as questionable due to an illness and he is in danger of missing his third game of the season.

If Mitchell is sidelined, Darius Garland, Tyson and De’Andre Hunter could all have larger roles for the Cavaliers.

The Cavaliers have ruled out Mobley as he continues to be sidelined due to a calf injury while Sam Merrill is out with a hand injury.

Larry Nance Jr. and Max Strus have also been ruled out as they continue to be sidelined while recovering from injuries.
