PORTLAND — The Detroit Pistons could be without Ron Holland when they kick off a five-game West Coast swing on Monday, Dec. 22.

Holland, the Pistons’ second-year forward, is listed as “questionable” with left knee soreness ahead of their 10 p.m. ET game against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Holland has yet to miss an NBA game due to injury, appearing in 81 of 82 games as a rookie with the exception being a one-game suspension. He and Javonte Green are the only two players to appear in all 28 of the Pistons’ games this season.

Holland is averaging 8.4 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals per game. He’s only averaging 21 minutes per game but is tied for eighth in total steals this season with 42.

Jalen Duren (left hip contusion) is listed as “probable.” He has missed three games this seaosn.

This is the start of a five-game road trip spanning nine days. The Pistons (22-6, first in the Eastern Conference) will fly to Sacramento to face the Kings on Tuesday for a back-to-back, then visit the Utah Jazz on Friday, Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday and the Lakers on Dec. 30.

Blazers injury report

The Blazers (12-16, 10th in the West) are without point guards Jrue Holiday (calf strain) and Scoot Henderson (hamstring tear) and wing Matisse Thybulle (thumb). Ex-Piston Jerami Grant is questionable (Achilles soreness).
