No movement for the third week in a row for either of Michigan’s basketball programs. The men’s team is ranked No. 2 behind Arizona, and the women’s team is ranked No. 6.

The Wolverines won its sole game of the week in commanding fashion, beating La Salle, 102-50, and scoring triple-digit points for the sixth time this season.

Michigan doesn’t play this calendar week, but are back at Crisler Center for two games the following week. The Wolverines host McNeese on Monday, Dec. 29 (7 p.m. on B1G+) before taking on USC on Friday, Jan. 2 (7 p.m. on Peacock).

The women’s team stayed pat at No. 6, with its only game being a 97-54 dismantling of Oakland to open yesterday’s Crisler Center doubleheader.

Michigan doesn’t play for the next seven days, and head to the west coast for two Big Ten games after Christmas. Michigan plays Oregon on Monday, Dec. 29 (9:00 p.m. EST on FS1) before facing Washington on New Years Day (6 p.m. EST on Big Ten Network). If Michigan wins both games, they’d improve to 3-0 in Big Ten play.
