Christian Koloko is getting another shot in the NBA.
The former Arizona Wildcats big man has signed a 10-day contract with the Memphis Grizzlies. Memphis is in need of depth in the post with center Zach Edey and forward Brandon Clarke currently injured.

Koloko began the season with the Los Angeles Lakers but was released in late November. Koloko has appeared in 97 games (19 starts) over three seasons with the Toronto Raptors and Lakers and has averaged 2.8 points and 2.7 rebounds in 11.9 minutes.
Koloko missed more than a year due to a blood clot issue.
The former Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Year is valued for his shot blocking and rebounding.
A 10-day contract will more or less be an audition for Koloko in front of Grizzlies brass. Memphis (13-15) plays the Oklahoma City Thunder in a road game tonight at 7:30 p.m. MST.
Koloko played three seasons, Arizona, averaging 12.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 2.8 blocks
