The Oklahoma City Thunder (26-3) face the San Antonio Spurs (21-8) Tuesday. Tip-off from Frost Bank Center in San Antonio, Texas, is set for 8:30 p.m. ET. Let’s analyze BetMGM Sportsbook’s NBA odds around the Thunder vs. Spurs odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions for the best bets.

Season series: Spurs lead 1-0

The Thunder bounced back from their third loss of the season (112-107 Friday at Minnesota Timberwolves) with a 119-103 win as 11.5-point home favorites against the Memphis Grizzlies Monday. G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander did it all with 31 points (3-for-4 from downtown), 10 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals. F Jalen Williams added 24 as F Chet Holmgren (illness) was out.

The Spurs have won 3 straight after falling in the NBA Cup title game. They failed to cover as 14-point road faves in a 124-113 victory over the Washington Wizards Sunday. C Victor Wembanyama had 14 points, 12 boards and 2 blocks in 22 minutes. G De’Aaron Fox led the way with 27 points, 7 boards and 6 assists. He also drilled 5 threes.

The Spurs upset the Thunder 111-109 as 10-point dogs Dec. 13.

Thunder at Spurs picks and predictionsPrediction

Thunder 118, Spurs 113

This is a revenge spot for OKC as the defending champs lost in the NBA Cup to the Spurs for their second loss of the season. Holmgren sat Monday, the team is on a back-to-back, and there’s too much risk at -220.

So I’ll go with SHAI GILGEOUS-ALEXANDER OVER 11.5 REBOUNDS + ASSISTS (+110). He has cleared that mark in 3 straight.

The Spurs catching +5.5 is attractive. However, Wemby is questionable and didn’t have props available at press time. So, it’s too risky either way here. So let’s SGP a better spread. Take THUNDER -2.5 + SHAI GILGEOUS ALEXANDER 25 POINTS (-125) in a much more managable play. SGA has 13 straight games with 25.

Each team is 6-4 O/U in their last 10. The Thunder have cashed 2 straight Unders and 3 of 4. The earlier matchup went Under.

Let’s go UNDER 233.5 (-110).
