PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS — GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO is said to be annoyed by reports circulating in both Greek and American media that claim the NBA superstar has made a multimillion investment in real estate in Prospect Lefferts Gardens – stories that have fueled speculation about a potential move to the Nets, as reported by the Greek television network Antenna and other outlets.

Sources close to the player told Antenna the reports are “not true,” and that the rumors are obfuscating Antetokounmpo’s intentions.

The deal was said to cover 520 Parkside Ave. and 111 Clarkson Ave., known together as the Lawrence, valued at $25.18 million. The properties were reportedly sold by Seth Brown and Richard Ludwig, with Marcus & Millichap brokering the transaction, according to a Commercial Observer article from Dec. 12, as well as Traded.
