MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis Grizzlies big man Jaren Jackson Jr. is the Western Conference Player of the Week for the second time in his career.
Jackson was awarded with the honor after his three-game stretch with 27 points on 55.6% shooting, 8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 steals and 2.7 blocks.
The Grizzlies went 2-1 in that stretch, with wins over the Clippers and Timberwolves.
Jackson is the 5th Grizzlies player to win the award multiple times, joining Zach Randolph (4), Ja Morant (3), Pau Gasol (3) and Marc Gasol (2).
