As the Philadelphia 76ers prepare to take on the Chicago Bulls on the road on Friday night, they will have a few more hands on deck in terms of players returning to the floor.
VJ Edgecombe, Quentin Grimes, and Dominick Barlow are all returning after all three missed Tuesday’s loss to the Brooklyn Nets. Each player was dealing with an illness, but will return against the Bulls on Friday.
Joel Embiid will also play. He had been listed as questionable heading into this matchup due to right knee injury management, but the Sixers have decided that the big fella is all set to play against Chicago. He will start alongside Tyrese Maxey, Edgecombe, Paul George, and Barlow.
This will be the fourth game that the Sixers will have their Big 3 on the floor. Philadelphia has lost all three such games thus far and will hope to pick up a win when things tip off at 7:30 p.m. EST from the United Center.
