Dallas Mavericks star Anthony Davis is dealing with right adductor soreness. While Davis is expected to miss some time with the injury, he has yet to be officially ruled out for Saturday’s game against the Sacramento Kings. So, is AD playing tonight?
Davis exited the Mavs’ Christmas Day game on Thursday with what was being referred to as a groin injury. The Mavs were ultimately defeated 126-116 by the Golden State Warriors. Dallas would obviously love to have Davis return as soon as possible, but an official return date has yet to be revealed for the big man.

Injuries have continued to be a concern for Davis. He has played well for the most part while on the floor, but he’s appeared in only 16 of the Mavericks’ 32 total games this season.
When it comes to the question of if Anthony Davis is playing tonight vs. the Kings, the answer is probably not. Still, the questionable injury status is encouraging.
